What is the Clash of Clans Hero Equipment & Ore Planner?

The Hero Equipment & Ore Planner reads your hero equipment levels and max levels from the official Clash of Clans API, then lets you enter your Shiny, Glowy, and Starry Ore to compute the cost to the next level and to max for every piece, grouped by hero, plus what you can afford now and how many days each ore target takes.

Does the Clash of Clans API show my Ore balances?

No. The official Supercell API exposes hero equipment levels and max levels but not Ore balances, so Shiny, Glowy, and Starry amounts are player-entered. Everything derived from your equipment levels is live API data; everything derived from ore is based on your entered numbers.

Are the ore costs exact?

No — ore costs per level are a versioned, clearly-labelled game-data estimate, not claimed-exact numbers. The arithmetic (cumulative cost, affordability, and the days-to-goal forecast) is deterministic and unit-tested; the underlying cost table is marked Estimated and verified against patches.

How does the days-to-goal forecast work?

Days-to-goal is computed per ore type at conservative, expected, and aggressive daily-income paces, then the goal takes the slowest (binding) currency — because Shiny, Glowy, and Starry are separate currencies that never substitute for one another. Daily-income baselines are labelled estimates.

Is the Ore Planner free?

Yes — the Clash of Clans Hero Equipment & Ore Planner is free with no account. Enter any public player tag to read that account’s equipment.

Equipment levels and max levels are live Supercell API data. Ore balances are player-entered — the API does not expose them.
