Clash Coach AI provides automated Clash Royale analysis tools and coaching insights. We only collect data that is necessary to deliver the product (player tags, analysis inputs, subscription information) and we never sell personal data. This privacy policy explains what we store, how we use it, and what choices you have.

We only capture the information needed to run the service:

• Player identifiers — Clash Royale player tags you submit for analysis.
• Account information — Email address and authentication data if you create an account.
• Subscription & billing — Stripe transaction identifiers and plan metadata.
• Usage analytics — Aggregated product usage, feature engagement, and performance metrics.

3. How We Use Data

We only use collected data to provide the core service: generate analysis reports, surface coaching insights, and keep your account in sync. We may contact you via email for account notices, product updates, and billing communications. We do not sell personal data to advertisers or third parties.

4. Data Sharing

Limited sharing occurs in these cases:

• Service providers — Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting) receive the minimum data required to operate.
• Legal compliance — We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

5. Data Retention

Player tags, generated reports, and account metadata are stored until you delete your account or request removal. Billing records are retained as required by tax and accounting laws. We periodically purge stale analysis artifacts and anonymize aggregated stats.

6. Your Choices

You stay in control of your account:

• Delete account — Contact us to remove player data and analysis history.
• Email preferences — Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any message.
• Cookies / analytics — We currently operate without tracking cookies; changes will be reflected here.

7. Security

We follow best practices for encrypting data in transit (HTTPS) and limit access to production systems. However, no online service can guarantee 100% security—please use a strong password and keep your credentials safe.
