Clan Membership is a single clan-wide subscription that unlocks AI-powered Clash Royale war coaching for every member of your clan — through both the Discord bot and the web dashboard. One person (usually the leader or a co-leader) buys the license, and up to 50 members get access.
What does Clan Membership include?
A Clan Membership license includes:
- AI war coaching in Discord — per-member war-day deck plans, "why your war attacks are losing" diagnoses, an AI war briefing, and an AI recovery plan when you're behind.
- War-day attack reminders — the bot can automatically nudge members who still owe attacks.
- Opponent scouting — see the war decks an opponent clan has been bringing.
- 50 seats — enough for a full clan roster.
How much does Clan Membership cost?
Clan Membership is $49.99 / month for up to 50 seats — a single license that covers the whole clan, rather than charging each member individually.
How do I buy Clan Membership?
- Go to the Clan dashboard.
- Choose Clan Membership and complete checkout.
- After checkout, you'll land back on the Clan dashboard, where your license is set up automatically.
The person who buys the license automatically holds the first seat, so you're covered the moment checkout completes.
How do seats work?
A license has 50 seats. The owner holds one automatically. Members claim the rest:
- Share your clan with members and have them connect at the Clan dashboard.
- Each member who joins takes one seat.
- A member who holds a seat sees a "you're covered" panel instead of a buy button.

Who should buy the license — the leader or each member?
One person buys it for the whole clan. It is not a per-member purchase. The leader or a co-leader is the usual buyer, but any member can hold the license.
Do members need their own TrophyCoach account?
Yes — each member links their own account to Discord so the bot knows who they are. See Setting up the Discord bot.
Does the bot work if my clan isn't in a war right now?
Some commands need an active war (like the war plan and the briefing). Others — like the "why your war attacks are losing" diagnosis — read your recent battle log and work between wars too.
How do I cancel?
